Holiday Fundraisers and Donation Drives
Drop off donations for children in need through December 20th in support of Toys for Tots.
2nd Annual Maryville Crisis Nursery Toy Drive
Irving Park Community Food Pantry’s (4256 North Ridgeway) annual Holiday Gift Drive will again be virtual, with selected items packed into Christmas stockings by volunteer Pantry elves. Children ages 12 and under in the service area of 60641 and 60618 are eligible to receive a stocking at the Pantry starting December 1 on Wednesdays from 9am-12pm or the monthly Tuesday distribution on December 14 from 6pm-7pm.
Donations can be made by visiting the pantry website at www.irvingparkfoodpantry.org and clicking the Amazon or Target gift registries, through PayPal or by sending a check to Irving Park Food Pantry, 4256 North Ridgeway Avenue, Chicago IL 60618, with the note “holiday gifts”.
The deadline to receive gifts is Friday, December 10 for the pantry to meet its goals of 300 stockings and helping make the holidays a more joyful time for the community.
